Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Customer service and cash register experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
