Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the appearance of the store, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stocking shelves, and cashiering
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Communicating effectively with the team and management
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and participating in store inventory counts

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
