Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a vital member, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
