Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play an essential role in merchandising, assisting customers, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and monitoring accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
