Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Proficiency in cash register operations
• Experience in retail settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience in retail desirable
