Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You'll collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service while supporting store operations.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and report feedback to management.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
