Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Operations Assistant where you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's operations and providing outstanding customer service. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company procedures
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
