Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, items are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide outstanding customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Complete store inventory counts accurately and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and capable of providing courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
