Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. Your role will involve collaborating with team members and store management to ensure efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's competencies and professional skills while performing daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain product displays, and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with the management team.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures diligently.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with the ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficient cash handling skills and the ability to operate store equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, retail experience is a plus.
