Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in your daily tasks.
• Perform cashiering, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies while upholding security and confidentiality standards.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of operating equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
