Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with our team, you will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping environment.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback to management on inventory, product quality, and operational issues.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and follow company procedures to uphold store security.
• Perform store inventory counts and ensure accuracy in product monitoring.
• Execute general cleaning duties according to company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Strong work ethic and capability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Prior experience in a retail setting is advantageous.
