Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Collaborating with a dynamic team, you will play a vital role in cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and keep shelves well-stocked and organized.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies to uphold security standards.
• Perform general cleaning duties to ensure a tidy and safe store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply for this position.
• Demonstrated ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience preferred.
