Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member, you will be responsible for various tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your role will enhance the overall customer shopping experience by delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience is preferred
