Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to stock shelves, assist customers, and communicate effectively.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and provide feedback to management.
• Operate equipment and uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
