Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and contribute to the overall success of the store operations.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays according to company guidelines.

• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and basic store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
