We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for various in-store activities like product stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve collaboration with team members and engagement in store operations.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers effectively.

• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
