Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. By ensuring exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with our team, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Performing daily tasks in alignment with ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) requirements.
• Executing customer purchases, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members and management.
• Monitoring inventory accuracy and adhering to cash policies to ensure a smooth store operation.
• Following company policies and procedures to maintain the security and confidentiality of data and documents.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply for this position.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently.
