Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• General cleaning skills and adherence to company standards
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
