Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
