Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and participate in store counts.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficiency in cashiering and equipment operation.
• Ability to interpret and follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience.
