Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management.
  • Report product issues, monitor inventory, and follow cash handling procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies, ensure data security, and perform assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling.
  • Ability to deliver prompt customer service and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
