Job Description
We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with your team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies as outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
