Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a great shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and ensure merchandise displays are organized.
• Adhere to company policies, handle inventory, and operate equipment efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and work in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
