Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by handling merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Competencies
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Take inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality
- Perform physical tasks including stocking merchandise and general cleaning
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18
- Good customer service and cashiering skills
- Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
