Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail work experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
