Job Description

As a Store Operations Assistant at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and follow company guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
