Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the M.A.P. Mindsets and ALDI Acts Competencies.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of using store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
