Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will help create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and working effectively both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience desirable.
