Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in regular store inventory checks and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience.
