Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain merchandising and stocking of products.
• Provide efficient cashiering services and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding inventory, customer feedback, and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
