Job Description

Join our team as a Store Operations Assistant at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team members
• Offer feedback to management, monitor inventory, and ensure cash policies adherence
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Customer service and cash handling experience
• Ability to operate store equipment and follow cleaning standards
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma preferred
