We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a neat and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and merchandise displays with precision.
• Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and provide assistance.

• Conduct inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and provide feedback on products.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment with efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
