Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI's team. As a vital part of the store, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Follow cash policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
