Job Description

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure a superior shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure store accuracy
• Follow cash handling procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
• Adherence to cleaning standards and company policies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
• Meet all necessary requirements for selling alcoholic beverages

Educational Background

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior retail experience (preferred)
• Combination of education and experience
