Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with our team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization by stocking shelves, merchandising products, and performing general cleaning duties.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers, processing purchases, and addressing inquiries.
• Work closely with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines while carrying out assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and handling various types of equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities and a team player mindset.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
