Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains its exceptional standards and provides top-notch customer service. From cashiering to stocking shelves, your contributions will directly impact our customers' shopping experience.

Position Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, uphold document security, and handle tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
