Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, merchandising, and stocking duties effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate efficiently with team members and store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure store security and accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
