Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. This position is full-time, with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
