Job Description
At ALDI, we are looking for Store Team Members to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the ALDI team to ensure an exceptional shopping experience. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills standards.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Contribute to inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
