Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As part of the store team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to deliver exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position, averaging 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and provide outstanding customer service.
• Stock shelves, monitor inventory, and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to cash policies, safety procedures, and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
• Capable of handling equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
