Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance to ensure a top-notch customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure a well-organized store.
• Implement general cleaning duties and maintain product displays.
• Assist customers with inquiries and enhance their shopping experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
