We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute to inventory management and store operations

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
