Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member! In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for customers. Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
  • Follow cash handling procedures and company policies
  • Adhere to security and confidentiality standards

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
