Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will involve merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to uphold high standards of customer service and store operations.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively
• Communicate clearly with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Work effectively both independently and within a team
• Prior retail experience preferred
