Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising products, stocking shelves, operating the cash register, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your exceptional customer service skills will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Assist customers with purchases, maintain a tidy store environment, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts, and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of information.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cashier duties, including operating equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, and multitask effectively.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
