Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, our products are merchandised effectively, and our customers receive exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory.
• Adhere to company policies and cash procedures.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
