Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and that customers receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register.
• Proficient in handling equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
