Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will handle a variety of tasks including merchandising, restocking, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with your colleagues, you will ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain product displays
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide top-notch service
• Communicate clearly with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security protocols
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of following company policies and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
