Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to shoppers.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
