Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers are assisted efficiently, and the overall shopping experience is exceptional.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, merchandising, and stocking to maintain a clean and organized store.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Contribute to inventory monitoring and participate in inventory counts as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
